SunnyStream is a streaming interface application that provides a unified way to browse, organize, and play content from user-configured addons and services. SunnyStream does not host, provide, or distribute any media content. All content is sourced from third-party addons that you choose to configure.

3. User Accounts

To use SunnyStream, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and current information
  • Notifying us of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use SunnyStream for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use automated tools to access the service without permission

Note: SunnyStream supports multiple profiles and we encourage sharing your account with family members.

5. Third-Party Services

SunnyStream integrates with third-party services such as Trakt, debrid providers, and content addons. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. SunnyStream is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

The SunnyStream name, logo, and all related graphics are trademarks of SunnyStream. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

SunnyStream is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SunnyStream after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
